Shipping & Exchange Policy

Shipping Information 

Shipping timelines indicated below are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (such as weather, volume, or traffic). If the item is in stock, we will deliver the order to you within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Estimated delivery date shall be provided but the date cannot be considered final; it is just an approximate date of delivery. The shipping fee is calculated based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and is non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, and other unavoidable circumstances. If you think that your package was tampered with or is damaged in any way, please refuse to take the delivery of the package and email us at support@silpu.in , mentioning your order number. We shall look into it and dispatch a replacement delivery as soon as possible. 

To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We have tied up with Shiprocket for local shipments. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and reach out to our help desk mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient. 

 

Delivery Locations 

Orders will only be delivered within India to the recipient's residential or workplace. We do not deliver to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or streets. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. If the recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts, the courier company will make three additional attempts. If the recipient remains unreachable, the product will then be returned to the Silpu facility. 

 

Tracking Your Order 

Log in to your Silpu account and navigate to "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp to monitor its progress. If you do not have an account, you can create one using the same email address used to place the order, and it will then appear under "My Orders." 

 

Cancellation Policy 

Ready-to-Ship Orders 

Customers can only cancel a ready-to-ship order before it is shipped. You can write to our customer support team at support@silpu.in If a cancellation request is received for such an order, we will cancel the order and refund the amount using the original payment method within 10 business days after the cancellation request. 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account. 

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled, and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Silpu regarding cancellation. 

 

Exchange Policy 

At Silpu, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 5-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. For missing items, you must report within 24 hours of delivery with a full unboxing video. 

 

Eligibility for Exchange & Refund: 
•    Applies only to orders from Silpu.in 
•    Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, including free gifts. 
•    Original invoice & documents are mandatory. 
•    Record a complete unboxing video to support any claim. 

 

Exchange Policy: 
•    Valid within 5 days of delivery. 
•    Email us at support@silpu.in with order details. 
•    Once approved, self-ship to: Office No. 24, 1st Floor, Patwa Chawl Building No. 80-      80B, Zaveri Bazar, Opp. Mumbadevi Temple, Mumbai - 400 002. 
•  All exchanged items will be delivered within 7-10 business days .
•    If the price of the newly selected product is higher than the value of the exchanged item, the customer will be required to pay the difference in amount. Conversely, if the price of the new product is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer using the original method of payment, as per company policy. 
•    Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. 

 

Ineligible for Exchange: 
•    Items with signs of use, missing serial numbers, washed, or missing original packaging. 
•    Rejected deliveries post-shipment are not eligible for refund. 

 

Refunds: 
•    Prepaid Orders : All approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 7 days.
•    Refund begins only after inspection & approval. 
•    Missing returned items may lead to deduction up to full MRP. 

 

Additional Notes: 
•    Return shipping must be securely packaged with bubble wrap. 
•    Email courier tracking details to support@silpu.in 
•    All local taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility. 
•    For doubts, contact support before initiating return.
